Stanislav Dobshevich focuses his practice on resolving complex Russian and international legal disputes, representing clients in international commercial arbitration in Russia and abroad, and providing support for disputes in international investment arbitration. His expertise includes resolving complex corporate conflicts involving foreign parties, construction disputes, and disputes arising from financial transactions. His clients include well-known Russian and foreign financial institutions, major Russian state-owned companies, as well as leading industrial groups and holdings. Stanislav has defended clients' interests in proceedings under the rules of ICC, SCC, LCIA, HKIAC, SIAC, UNCITRAL, as well as the ICAC at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation. He also has significant experience in resolving disputes involving sanctions aspects.
Stanislav is recommended among the leading international arbitration lawyers by Best Lawyers and Pravo-300. He is also on the list of recommended arbitrators for corporate disputes of the Russian Arbitration Center at the Russian Institute of Modern Arbitration (RAC). Stanislav has been a member of the Moscow Bar Association since 2017 and is the author of a number of publications on the protection of investments abroad.
Prior to joining KKMP, he led the dispute resolution practice at a prominent Russian law firm. In 2014, he graduated with honors from the Moscow State Law Academy and in 2022 received his LL.M. from NYU Law, specializing in international dispute resolution.
