Aleksey Nedospasov focuses his practice on financing transactions, including syndicated loans, structured financing, secured and unsecured financing. He has experience in projects related to acquisition finance, project financing, as well as financing the acquisition of private assets (aircraft and ships).
Before joining KKMP, Aleksey worked in a leading Russian law firm, as well as in the largest Russian banks (including banks with foreign participation).
In 2017, he graduated from the Faculty of Law of the National Research University "Higher School of Economics".
Aleksey is fluent in English.
