Ivan Grishin focuses his practice on M&A transactions, corporate law projects and regulation of CFAs and cryptocurrencies. He also has experience in projects related to antitrust regulation, securities issuance and real estate transactions.
Before joining KKMP Ivan completed internship in the legal department of an international investment holding company. Ivan is currently studying for a Bachelor's degree at the Faculty of Law of Lomonosov Moscow State University.
