Alexey Tolstykh focuses his practice on M&A transactions, corporate law projects and conducting legal due diligence reviews. He also has experience in projects related to antitrust law, dispute resolution and real estate transactions.
Before joining KKMP he completed internships in the Moscow Commercial Court and in a law firm specializing in digital law. In 2025, he graduated from the Law Faculty of the Higher School of Economics National Research University in Private Law.
