Legal Assistant
Alexey Tolstykh focuses his practice on M&A transactions, corporate law projects and conducting legal due diligence reviews. He also has experience in projects related to antitrust law, dispute resolution and real estate transactions.
Before joining KKMP he completed internships in the Moscow Commercial Court and in a law firm specializing in digital law. In 2020 he began a Bachelor’s degree at the Law Faculty of the Higher School of Economics National Research University and is currently studying a course in Private Law as part of his legal studies.
