Artem Kuznetsov focuses his practice on representing clients in complex domestic and international court proceedings, international commercial and investment arbitration disputes (under LCIA, ICC, SIAC, HKIAC, LMAA, ICSID AF, UNCITRAL rules). His professional expertise covers corporate disputes, insolvency disputes, investment and construction disputes as well as capital markets disputes.

Prior to joining KKMP, Artem worked at leading Russian and international law firms. Artem graduated from the Faculty of Law of Higher School of Economics in 2019 and completed a Master's degree in Law from the same university in 2021.
