Legal Assistant
Maria Gorbunova is actively developing her expertise in M&A and legal due diligence, with a particular focus on the Chinese legal and business environment. She also has experience working with international companies, including providing legal support for cross-border negotiations and participating in international projects.
Maria graduated with honors from the International Law School of MGIMO University (Moscow State Institute of International Relations). She is currently pursuing her master’s degree there. The international experience she gained during her studies at Fudan University in Shanghai has played a pivotal role in her preparation for a career in international legal practice focused on cooperation with China.
Maria is fluent in English and Chinese.
