Vikram specializes in corporate law and capital markets, including advising on IPOs, pre-IPO transactions, and M&A deals, and also has expertise in sanctions compliance.
Prior to joining KKMP, Vikram worked at leading Russian law firms and the Central Bank of the Russian Federation for 5 years. In 2017, Vikram graduated from the Russian Foreign Trade Academy with a degree in “Legal Regulation of International Commercial Activities”.
Vikram is fluent in English, speaks Spanish, Hindi, Urdu, and Punjabi.
