Vikram Pugin
Associate
Vikram specializes in corporate law and capital markets, including supporting IPOs, pre-IPO transactions, and M&A deals, and also has experience in sanctions regulation.
Prior to joining KKMP, Vikram worked at leading Russian law firms. In 2017, Vikram graduated from the Russian Foreign Trade Academy with a degree in “Legal Regulation of International Commercial Activities” and is currently continuing studies there too in the Master's program “Lawyer in the Field of International Finance.”
Vikram is fluent in English, speaks Spanish, Hindi, Urdu, and Punjabi.
