Focuses her practice on intellectual property, information technology and information protection issues. Elena has substantial experience in advising IT companies on software development and licensing and artificial intelligence projects.
Prior to joining KKMP, Elena worked for 2 years in a senior position in a major state-owned company, before that - for more than 17 years in leading international and Russian law firms. In 2010, she graduated with honors from the Russian State Institute of Intellectual Property.
Elena is a registered patent attorney in the Russian Federation and a Eurasian patent attorney, and represents clients in their dealings with Rospatent and the Eurasian Patent Office.
Elena is a member of the Intellectual Property Council of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation, a member of the Intellectual Property Commission of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC Russia), and a member of the Russian-German Chamber of Foreign Trade.
