On September 15, 2026, the Faculty of Law at the National Research University Higher School of Economics (HSE) hosted a regular meeting of the Law and AI Club. The main topics included the syllabus for the new course “AI and Law,” liability for harm caused by AI, AI regulation in China, and new use cases for AI models.

The meeting was attended by KKMP Partner Anna Maksimenko, KKMP Senior Associate Elena Polevaya, KKMP Tech IT Director Sergey Polyanyin, and legal assistants Eva Lazovskaya and Jade (Wenjing) Xu.
