Аdvising clients on general corporate matters, construction transactions (including major infrastructure projects), the sale, purchase, leases and management of real estate, oil and gas projects and M&A transactions. Prior to the formation of KKMP, Alyona was with Debevoise & Plimpton LLP for over 24 years.
Alyona is the author of a book on contract formation and negotiation procedures, a co-author of the leading Russian textbook on civil law, published by the Faculty of Law of Lomonosov Moscow State University, Editor-in-Chief of the Civil Law Workshop and the Private International Law Workshop, and author of a number of articles on various issues of Russian law. Alyona is a candidate of legal sciences, associate professor in the Department of Civil Law at the Faculty of Law of Lomonosov Moscow State University, teaches civil and private international law, and also teaches a course on digital law.
Alyona has served as a member of the Expert Council on Corporate Governance at the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation, and as a member of the Council for the Improvement of Arbitration Proceedings under the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation.
She was awarded a diploma by the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation for her contribution to the Ministry's work. Alyona has been awarded an honorary certificate from the Federal Notary Chamber of Russia in recognition of her contribution to the development of the Russian notary as a public law, human rights and law enforcement institution. Alyona received a commendation from the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation for her assistance in carrying out the tasks assigned to the Investigative Committee. She was awarded the Medal of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation and the Medal of the Russian Guard.
Alyona is also on the list of recommended arbitrators of the Russian Arbitration Center and ICC Russia.
