On September 8, 2026, as part of the 4th annual Construction Summit ICC Russia, Roman Sadovsky, a Counsel to the KKMP, delivered a presentation on “Insurance for Investment Projects.”
The presentation took place during the forum’s first session, dedicated to the implementation of projects of federal significance.
Roman Sadovsky analyzed the requirements banks impose on investment project insurance at various stages of implementation, key “problem areas” in investment insurance in Russia, and reviewed several recent examples of major insurance settlements. He emphasized that, with properly refined insurance terms, it is possible to effectively protect the interests of all participants in the investment process.
Roman Sadovsky’s presentation served as an important addition to the overall picture of business protection in the construction industry, highlighting the role of insurance as a “financial buffer” in complex projects.
