On May 19, 2026, KKMP partner Alexander Anichkin and counsel Roman Sadovsky led a seminar titled “Corporate (Civil) Liability of Members of Management Bodies and Other Company Officers” as part of the HSE University professional retraining program “Director of the Corporate Governance Department.”
During the seminar, Alexander and Roman shared with participants KKMP’s latest analysis of current judicial practice regarding holding members of management bodies and other company officials liable for losses caused to the company and for subsidiary liability for the company’s debts, discussed key risks faced by members of management bodies and other company officials, as well as practical recommendations for organizing the work of management bodies and company officials to mitigate these risks, and additional risk management tools available on the market, in particular directors’ and officers’ liability insurance (D&O insurance).
