Vadim Nikitin has been advising major lenders and borrowers on a wide range of bilateral and syndicated financing transactions (including project finance, structured finance, asset acquisition financing, pre-export financing, and general lending). Vadim also specialises in projects related to digital currencies and digital financial assets.
Prior to joining KKMP, Vadim worked in leading international law firms and provided legal support for the loan portfolio of a major Russian development holding. In 2005, he graduated from the Moscow State Law Academy.
Vadim is a member of the ICC Russia working group on cross-border digital currency payments.
