Samvel Vartanyan focuses his practice on M&A, J&V and general corporate commercial matters. Samvel’s experience includes establishing investment funds and advising on various aspects of their operations.

Prior to the formation of KKMP, he was with Debevoise & Plimpton LLP. 


Samvel graduated with honors from the Faculty of Law of Lomonosov Moscow State University in 2019 and completed a Master's degree in Private Law from the same university in 2021.
