Lecture: "REITs as an Asset Management Tool"

The Center for Private Law Studies at the Department of Civil Law of the Faculty of Law at Moscow State University, in collaboration with the law firm "KKMP," will host a lecture titled "ZPIF as an Asset Management Tool" on March 31, 2026, at 6:00 p.m.

he session will be led by Samvel Vartanyan, an associate at KKMP.

During the session, we will examine the structure of a closed-end investment fund (CEIF) and how it can be used for asset management purposes. We will discuss:

• the general legal framework governing CEIFs;

• the advantages and disadvantages of CEIFs;

• ways to address the disadvantages of ZPIFs when using this structure as an asset management tool.
