Dmitry Raev has representing clients in construction and real estate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, financing projects, venture capital transactions and regulatory approval projects. Dmitry has advised private investors, lenders and public partners in major PPP projects involving road and airport construction. He has also defended clients' interests in the commercial courts in disputes over real estate rights. 


Prior to joining KKMP, Dmitry worked at several leading Russian and international law firms. He graduated from the Law Faculty of the Higher School of Economics National Research University in 2004
