He advises on capital markets transactions, complex corporate projects, and special situations across various industries, including the energy and mining sectors, telecommunications, and financial institutions.
Before joining KKMP, Denis worked at leading international law firms (Clifford Chance, Cleary Gottlieb, Latham & Watkins) and in private practice. He graduated from MGIMO and holds a Ph.D. in Law.
Denis has executed numerous unique, large-scale, and award-winning projects. These include Russia’s first securitization, subordinated loan, and mortgage-backed securities issuance; the transition of the depositary receipt program for Russia’s largest issuer from the U.S. to an independent infrastructure (a first in the world); the first listing of a Kazakhstani company on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, and a number of major IPOs and M&A transactions.
