Damira’s practice encompasses tax planning and advice on operational tax matters, as well as the preparation and negotiation of transaction documentation for mergers and acquisitions and direct investment deals.
Before joining KKMP, Damir worked in a major Russian law firm.
He obtained Bachelor's and Master's degrees from Lomonosov Moscow State University Law School.
