Focuses her practice on corporate law. She has been involved in M&A transactions and joint venture structuring under Russian and English law. Victoria has also performed legal due diligence of major Russian and oreign companies.
Prior to joining KKMP, Victoria was with leading international and Russian law firms.
In 2020, Victoria graduated with honors from the International Law Faculty of the All-Russian Academy of Foreign Trade of the Ministry of Economic Development (VAVT). In 2023, she received a Master of Laws degree from the Faculty of Law of the National Research University Higher School of Economics (HSE) under the Corporate Lawyer program.
