Tamara Kulyk specializes in M&A transactions and the formation of joint ventures, and also advises on corporate governance, capital markets, and general corporate law issues.
Prior to joining KKMP, Tamara worked at Debevoise & Plimpton LLP. In 2016, she graduated with honors from MGIMO University with a Master’s degree in Private International and Civil Law. In 2014, she also received a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree from the McGeorge School of Law (California, USA), specializing in legal support for international business.
