KMP is a partner of the conference “HSE Law School Science Days – 2026”
On June 4–5, 2026, the HSE Law School and the student research society “Liberum Mare” will host the 10th Annual All-Russian Scientific and Practical Conference for Undergraduate and Graduate Students, “HSE Law School Science Days – 2026.”
The program includes:
- 9 sections covering various branches of legal science
- A comparative law section in English
- A section for high school students
KKMP Counsel Tamara Kulyk will serve on the jury for the Corporate and Business Law section.
This section will address a range of issues related to corporate governance and the resolution of corporate conflicts, including topics such as the practical aspects of the digitalization of corporate procedures, issues of directors’ liability, mechanisms for protecting minority shareholders when challenging related-party transactions and asset stripping, as well as other current industry challenges.
Winners of the section will receive commemorative gifts from KKMP.
