Focuses her practice on M&A transactions, joint ventures, and general corporate matters. Maria also has experience in drafting transactional documentation, conducting legal due diligence in M&A transactions, as well as analyzing legislation and court practice.
Prior to joining KKMP, Maria was with a leading Russian law firm.
In 2023, Maria earned her bachelor’s degree from the Faculty of Law at the Higher School of Economics, majoring in “Jurisprudence: Private Law,” and in 2025, she completed her master’s degree at the same faculty with honors.
