Focuses her practice on sanctions regulation, sanctions and regulatory compliance, and industry-specific regulatory matters. She also represents clients in international disputes.
Prior to joining KKMP, Elvira worked at leading Russian law firms. In 2014, she graduated from the Faculty of Law of the National Research University Higher School of Economics with a degree in Business and Private International Law. In 2021, she was admitted to practice as an attorney.
Elvira is a certified sanctions specialist and a member of the ACSS (The Association of Certified Sanctions Specialists). Elvira is a frequent conference speaker and the author of articles and commentaries in legal publications and the media.
