Specializes in digital technology, intellectual property, antitrust regulation, regulatory issues, compliance, data processing and protection, labor law (including advising on long-term incentives and labor dispute resolution). Anna coordinates comprehensive legal due diligence and advises on mergers and acquisitions in specially regulated industries, such as financial markets, pharmaceuticals, healthcare, etc. She has significant experience working with the Bank of Russia and the Federal Antimonopoly Service of Russia.
Prior to joining KKMP, Anna worked at Debevoise & Plimpton LLP and White & Case. In 1999, she graduated with honors from Saratov State Law Academy.
Anna is co-chair of the Compliance Committee of the American Chamber of Commerce, a member of the Expert Council on Digital Transformation of the Financial Market and New Financial Technologies under the Subcommittee on Digital Transformation of the Financial Market and New Financial Technologies under the State Duma Committee on the Financial Market, a member of the Association of Antimonopoly Experts and the Association of Business Ethics and CSR, a participant in the ICC Russia Working Group on Digital Cross-Border Payment Instruments and the ICC Russia Working Group on Intellectual Property.
