Andrey Lipin

Focuses his practice on corporate and financial transactions, in particular mergers and acquisitions and corporate and financial restructurings. He also has experience in capital markets and regulatory matters, including obtaining approvals under competition and foreign investment laws.

 
Prior to joining KKMP, Andrey worked at a leading international law firm. In 2016, he graduated with honors from the International Law Faculty of the Moscow State University of International Relations, and in 2018 received a Master's degree in Law from the Higher School of Economics National Research University.
