EuroChem’s legal department has implemented a unified digital document management system. The project is based on the FileMaster software product, developed by KKMP Tech. The new solution ensures centralized document storage, simplifies information retrieval, and enhances collaboration for lawyers supporting the company’s Russian and international business operations. The scale of EuroChem’s operations—with products supplied to more than 100 countries—places high demands on the organization of legal workflows. The launch of the new system has enabled the consolidation of documentation into a single digital space and the unification of principles for its storage and processing.
Lawyers can now find necessary documents faster, collaborate on them in real time, and track version history. Granular access control ensures the protection of confidential information based on employee authorization levels.
The system was launched in just two months. The software solution was adapted to EuroChem's corporate IT infrastructure requirements, passed all necessary information security audits, and was deployed within the company’s secure on-premise environment. During the implementation, several features were refined to meet the specific needs of the legal department.
“Creating a unified digital environment is a significant step in the evolution of EuroChem's legal function. The new system helps our teams work more cohesively, simplifies information sharing, and allows for more effective use of accumulated knowledge and experience. For us, it’s not just a matter of convenience: by reducing the time spent on document searches and organizational processes, we enable our specialists to focus on substantive legal tasks,” noted Ivan Vereshchagin, Head of Legal Function Development and Support at EuroChem.
“We adapted the FileMaster architecture to EuroChem's infrastructure constraints and confirmed the solution's compliance with required data protection standards, including circuit isolation and a role-based access model. In parallel, we expanded several platform features to match the specific business processes of the legal department,” said Sergey Polyanin, IT Director at KKMP Tech.
