Kirill Grechishkin

Focuses his practice on financing transactions, including syndicated lending, project finance, secured and unsecured lending, as well as private asset acquisition financing and financial leasing. 

He has experience participating in projects related to the regulation of digital assets and cryptocurrencies, as well as conducting legal due diligence.

In 2024, Kirill graduated with honors from the Bachelor’s program at the Faculty of Law of Lomonosov Moscow State University and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Private Law at the same faculty.
