Focuses her practice on corporate law, including advising on M&A transactions and joint ventures. She is also experienced in conducting legal due diligence of major Russian companies.
Prior to joining KKMP, Alexandra was with leading Russian law firms.
In 2022, she graduated from the Faculty of Law of Moscow State University. In 2024, she received a Master of Laws degree with honors from the Faculty of Law of Moscow State University under the Commercial and Contract Law program.
