We are pleased to announce that the journal *Arbitration Court*, which focuses on issues of international arbitration, has published an article by KKMP Associate Mikhail Blat titled “Multilateral Arbitration Without an Arbitration Clause: Consent to Multilateral Proceedings Despite the Absence of a Common Arbitration Agreement Among the Parties.”
The article assesses the criteria for consent to conduct multilateral arbitration despite the absence of a common arbitration clause among all participants in the proceedings, taking into account the provisions of arbitration rules, legal doctrine, and judicial and arbitral practice.
