The Center for Private Law Studies at the Department of Civil Law of the Faculty of Law at Moscow State University, in collaboration with the law firm “KKMP,” will host a lecture titled “Corporate Lawsuits by ‘Indirect Participants’ in 2025: Cannot Be Filed, Cannot Be Dismissed” on March 27, 2026, at 6:00 p.m.
