On April 7, 2026, KKMP Partner Alexander Anichkin and KKMP Counselor Valerian Mamageishvili delivered a lecture as part of the HSE University professional retraining program “Director of the Corporate Governance Department.”
The lecture focused on the rights of shareholders and participants to receive a share of a business entity’s profits (dividend rights). During the event, the speakers addressed the following issues:

issues related to “lost” shareholders in public joint-stock companies;

specifics of the right to dividends for holders of preferred shares;
