Focuses his practice on public and private M&A transactions, capital markets transactions and private equity investments in various industries, including fuel and energy, mining, financial institutions and transportation. He also advises on corporate governance and general corporate matters.
Prior to the formation of KKMP, Maxim was with Debevoise & Plimpton LLP for over 15 years. In 2005, he graduated with honors from the Moscow State University Law School.
