The Planning Committee of the M&A Forum has published a new analytical article examining key trends in the M&A market for the coming years.
These and other M&A issues will once again be the focus of discussion at the 4th M&A Forum, which will take place on November 12, 2026.
This is one of the key events for legal experts, bringing together M&A specialists and leaders from the legal and business communities, and continuing the tradition of the international conference organized by the IBA.
The Forum is organized by the Planning Committee, consisting of partners from leading law firms in the field of mergers and acquisitions: ALRUD, Nikolskaya Consulting, Orion, Stonebridge Legal, and KKMP.
