Focuses her practice on real estate and infrastructure transactions and projects, as well as in the insurance sector. She has experience advising clients on real estate M&A transactions, construction, development, and leasing projects, land issues, and other real estate and construction-related matters in Russia. 

Prior to the formation of KKMP, Violetta was with Debevoise & Plimpton LLP. She graduated with honors from the Moscow State University Law School in 2018 and obtained a Master’s degree in Private Law with honors in 2020.
