Evgenia Vasilieva specialises in mergers and acquisitions, corporate law projects and legal due diligence. She also has experience in projects involving sanctions and counter-sanctions regulation.
In 2025 she graduated from the master's programme of the Law Faculty of Lomonosov Moscow State University (Intellectual Property Rights, Artificial Intelligence and Digital Technologies programme).
